Hong Kong Part 2

So we didn't travel to Hong Kong just to spend the day in the hotel (although we considered it).  First stop was a cab ride to breakfast/lunch. (I actually finished up the chocolate cake for breakfast as Laura was getting ready.)  We went to have dim sum at Tim Ho Wan which is the cheapest Michelin Star restaurant in the world.  The BBQ buns may have been the best thing I ate the entire time, but there were very few meals that I would throw back if given the opportunity.
After brunch, we did some sightseeing by the edge of the harbor.  You can see the Hong Kong skyline in the background through the clouds.  Thanks stranger for this great picture!
We took a boat across the harbor and walked to the Victoria Peak tram.  Pictures do not do the steepness of this hill justice.
The view from the top was amazing.
The clouds and fog were pretty intense.  The view gets better over the course of the day, but we only had about 22 hours in Hong Kong so we couldn't wait around.  The view at night is supposed to be amazing as well, but we will have to save that until next time.
So after walking around the peak and the park we decided to head off to lunch.  We ate lunch at this little place that was about the size of our bedroom.  You can see all the delicious roasted animals hanging up in the window.
We went for roasted duck and pork.  Laura said that the roasted duck was her favorite meal of the entire trip and I wouldn't argue with that.  The fact that 5 or 6 small pieces of duck could be so good is amazing.
We then started walking towards some of the markets.
We though Korea was nuts, but Hong Kong stepped it up a notch.
The clothing and knock off market.  Thankfully we didn't have tons of suitcase space so Laura was pretty well restrained.
And we had to have some random street food.  These things were a fried dough/waffle type thing that was pretty tasty.
One last view from the lobby of the hotel before we got on the train towards the airport.
