Random March Pics

A few random March pictures.

Carter is going to kill us when he gets older for posting this picture.  He thinks it is so funny to get Laura's heels out and walk around in them.
He was also very proud of his crazy hair for crazy hair day.  He had to point it out to everyone and have them compliment him on it.
Avery and I have gone to a couple movies recently, while we waited on Carowinds to open and for the weather to improve.  She had really enjoyed it and really really enjoyed eating popcorn.  This is a giant popcorn that I probably ate 10% of.

Carter still being Carter, climbing on everything he can.
It's so fun to watch them avoid bedtime together, I mean help each other out around the house and take care of each other.
 Avery flashing her new watch.
Trips to Lowes are a lot different with a little boy that has to sit on every lawn tractor.
Both of them have helped me clean out the gumballs in the yard, but their methods are not very efficient.

We also went to a Tex Mex restaurant recently.  Carter really enjoyed the spicy jalapeno ranch dip to the point that he stopped using the chips and just went in with his fingers.  He would do 2 or 3 dips then make this face about how hot it was and scrape off his tongue with his fingers.  Then go back for more...  He really does seem to enjoy spicy foods.

Rocking the pushup pop after the meal.
Carter also recently has had some sleep regression where he wakes up with bad dreams in the middle of the night and sleeping with Laura in the guest bed is the only way to get him back down.  We tried converting his crib to a toddler bed and he did a great job helping. (It didn't work)

Happy Birthday Carter Bear!

2 years ago, we had one of the scariest days in our lives.  Luckily everything turned out amazing and we got to meet our little Carter bear.  It has been amazing to see the difference between him and Avery, but also to see how much they love each other.  This guy has made us quicker on our toes and challenged us in new and exciting ways, but we wouldn't trade a moment for the world.  Happy Birthday to our wild man!
