April 3rd wasn't supposed to be Carter's birthday, but he decided he wanted to come on out and meet his family 1 year ago. It was one of the hardest days we have ever experienced to see the little guy (unnamed at that point) hooked up to all those wires and tubes, but he has been an amazing blessing to our family.
Carter is pure boy. He has not found a toy that cannot be used for a hammer or a drumstick. He takes to toy cars instinctively, loves to get dirty, and would climb everything if he could. He may not smile at everyone like Avery did, but loves to flirt with the ladies and is quick to flash those blue eyes when he needs to.
